President
Michael Bernstein has all of the knowledge his father taught him in addition to 38 years of his own experience. He has two state certifications, and has been a past president of the Remodeling Council of Tampa. He helped write the State Energy Code, many Building Codes, Arbitration and City of Tampa Flood Codes. He has also helped write and review the Florida State Contractors Exam.

Shaun Bernstein is a third generation contractor and began working in the business in 1996. He received his state builder’s license in 2001. Shaun has all of the education and knowledge needed to sell Confidence and Quality.
